Africa Must Produce or Perish

It is absolutely imperative that Africa regain its technological prominence, which will enable it to produce what the world can consume. Unfortunately no African government is interested to double their GDP using knowledge as the tools. We tried that communicating with the Prime Minsiters, and Ambassadors of Rwanda, Burundi, Uganda, Namibia, Cameroon, Liberia and Kenya.
