The guilty are always afraid

He lives in massive fortress. He uses armoured car, bullet-proof vests, armoured food, soap, even prayer. Obviously, he is afraid of the insecurity that has engulfed his land. Ironically, he helped create the chaos that has led to the unsure situation. Now that he couldn’t live a normal life due to threat on his life by his people, he should simply use his armoured car to crush them one by one.
