Let's wait and see what will happen with final militants' attitude to the amnesty before we conclude.
Yaradua is no fool. He's not confused as the author say. Nigerian oil money was going down with MEND attacks going up. Pres. Umaru Yaradua knows that economy will suffer unless he makes peace and amnesty. I pray it works but Federal people must give development to Niger Delta more than amnesty. Development is the best amnesty and antidote to militancy. Thanks. Boma, Malaysia
